- Payment is made 100%-50% up front.- Payment can be accepted via PayPal or Cashapp.
Other payment methods may be discussed.- No prices may be discussed, what you are quoted is the final price.- No refunds may be made after work has been started. If you would like to cancel your commission; please do so before work has begun, and I will be able to refund you in full. The only exception is to when I can no longer complete the request and cancel on you - you will then be refunded for the portion of work that has not yet been completed for you.- An extra fee +(%100) is charged for commercial use.- Before our transaction is to begin, you may expect to receive a quote. This quote will most likely be true to my current prices, but may fluctuate due to request complexity. If after payment a complicated change is requested, that was NOT previously discussed, I may request compensation before pursuing that change. Otherwise, your price will not change after being quoted.- Turn around time is normally 2 weeks for simple bots or 2 months for more complicated bots - if you are first on the waitlist. I will provide an estimated TAT at time of commission. And you may refer to current waitlists or the listed TAT.- Consistent progress updates will be provided upon request. If you fail to request an update, I will provide one at least twice throughout the process. This is to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. You are likely to receive one per stage of competion.- Once payment is complete you may expect to recieve an invoice. This Invoice is sent via email. If no email is provided at final payment then an invoice may not be officially sent out. You may instead recieve a pdf invoice.- I will need a description or ideas of the bot you are looking to create and the context it will be used for. Please send this with your first message as this information is needed before I can start the commission to ensure accuracy.- I may request more information as it becomes needed, such as: channel ids, role ids, etc.- If the bot begins to experience any issues, within 5 years of commission, I will happily look it over and correct any errors.- All bots hosted and created by me are considered owned by me. They will be verified, have a TOS and Privacy Policy, and be hosted. You, as the commissioner are allowed to request to host the bot yourself - in which case you will be considered the bots "owner" and I, instead, the bots "maker".- If adjustments are needed, it is your responsibility to let me know as soon as you are aware of them.- You must have your payment type ready before commissioning me.

- I have the right to post examples - using your bots likeness - on my social media platforms as to: promote myself, share my work, etc.- I have the right to post a time-lapse or recording of my process in making this bot as to: promote myself, share my art, etc.- I have the right to decline any commissions of any form for no provided reason.
your rights, as a customer
- You have the right to invite the bot to any one of your servers. You control the invite priviledges.- You have the right to make changes to the bot as you please, so long as you are hosting the bot yourself. Otherwise, you must ask me to make edits to the bot.- You have the right to disable the bot at any point it is no longer in-use- You have the right to email/dm me for any technical support the bot needs

Please provide this information in your first message as this information is needed before I can start the commission to ensure design accuracy.- If you are looking for a custom, you may feel free to be as vague or as detailed as you would like, but for better results, please include: a mood board, a playlist, a song, an animal, a place, a design pattern, a day of the week, time of day, a personality, interests, and/or etc.- If adjustments are needed, it is your responsibility to let me know as soon as you are aware of them. I will not make adjustments to the line art after I have finished coloring, or the coloring after I have finished shading, etc. If you really want the adjustment made later in the process, let me know. I will do later changes for a fee.- You must have your payment type ready before commissioning me.

(PFP, computer or phone background, etc.)- Customers may NOT purchase my art with the intent to change/edit it. (Buying a sketch with the intention of coloring it in)

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENTThis Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between What3var ("Bot Owner") and the user ("User") of the Cats and Catacombs Discord bot (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should immediately discontinue use of the Bot.1. Use of the Bot: The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes.2. Prohibited Use: The User may not use the Bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party. The User may not use the Bot for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.3. Limitation of Liability: The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.4. Modifications to the Bot: The Bot Owner may modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. The User agrees that the Bot Owner shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Bot.5. Intellectual Property: The Bot and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Bot Owner. The User agrees not to copy, modify, or distribute the Bot or any portion thereof without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.6. Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the User's use of the Bot.
7. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Bot.8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the Bot. By using the Bot, the User acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
